Directions of Use

Recommended daily dose:
Adults and Children 12+: 10ml (2 teaspoons)
Children (3-12 years): 5ml (1 teaspoon)

Increased dose for extra support:
Adults and Children 12+: 10ml (2 teaspoons) up to four times daily
Children (3-12 years): 5ml (1 teaspoon) up to four times daily

I have been taking sambucol for over ten years. I can honestly say it works against Flu. I am a nurse and never have the flu vaccine because I take Sambucol instead. It’s natural and boosts your immunity so is effective on all strains of flu!
